"Twenty years ago, I started here in the plant as a trainee cutting machine operator. I gained invaluable experience in sample production and also made prototypes. I did a course of study at a technical school while working and became deputy department manager afterwards.
The work in production which is at the very heart of the company is unbelievably varied, and there is something new every day. Concerning the corporate climate, you simply notice that the priority is on the people, there are very good structures and communication. Today I am the department manager of CNC Series Production with 115 employees under me."
